Local Payment Information

To process deposit and withdrawal transactions in MYR (RM), we collect information related to your chosen payment method, such as bank name, verified account number, and FPX or e-wallet transaction details. q10 does not store credit or debit card information directly — all transactions are processed through a secure, certified payment gateway.

Usage Data & Platform Activity

We record betting history, games played, login frequency, and interactions with platform features. This data is used to detect suspicious activity, ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies, and improve overall service quality.
